Job Overview

Surestaff is seeking an experienced Electric Wiring Assembler to join our team in Arlington, TX. As an Electric Wiring Assembler, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to design, develop, and support electrical systems and subsystems.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to assemble equipment and products
  • Use handheld tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and wire cutters to perform assembly tasks
  • Perform soldering in a subassembly operation and maintain inventory of products in workstations
  • Conduct quality work checks to ensure products meet established standards and identify defects
  • Rework and repair products according to engineering specification changes and contribute to team effort to complete assigned tasks
  • Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
  • Uncompromised approach to confidentiality and unquestionable workplace ethics
  • Ability to communicate with and work effectively through other people at all levels of the company
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively without continuous supervision
  • Maintains good attendance and reports to work on time to avoid impacting production schedule
  • 5 years of experience with wiring assembly
