Tamarack Trails Community Services Association, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Property Care Specialist to join our team

In this key role, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our community's grounds and buildings, including tasks such as:

  • Cutting grass, pruning shrubs, and watering plants
  • Painting, staining, and sealing surfaces
  • Replacing lighting fixtures and ceiling tiles
  • Performing basic electrical and plumbing repairs

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll also participate in emergency response situations, such as winter weather conditions or equipment failures.

We offer an estimated salary of $24,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week at $20/hour), plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
