About the Role:

Eppstein Uhen Architects Inc is seeking a seasoned HVAC Technical Lead to join our team. As a Mechanical Systems Design Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical systems in various building types, including higher education, corporate/commercial, and industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in complete mechanical system design for buildings. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

You will work closely with clients, partners, and colleagues to achieve deadlines while delivering high-quality products. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement mechanical systems in various building types.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Work closely with clients, partners, and colleagues to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to junior team member skill advancements via coaching and/or mentoring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural/Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 5 or more years of mechanical engineering experience.
  • Established track record of complete mechanical system design for buildings.
