Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ranpak. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our departments and offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative functions and activities to ensure efficient operations of the departments/offices.
  • Communication: Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Correspondence: Prepare routing correspondence including letters via UPS, Federal Express, USPS.
  • Visitor Management: Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Mailroom Operations: Receive, sort, and route mail, and maintain and route publications when required.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize front desk supplies, mailroom supplies, including postage, and maintain mailroom equipment (Pitney Bowes).
  • Security: Ensure the security of the lobby/reception area.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Soft Skills: Organizational, time management, and reporting skills; ability to work well under pressure and priority situations; professional demeanor; reliable; team player.
