The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and be registered with the Board of Behavioral Science (BBS). You will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing and overseeing case management plans, and collaborating with other community agencies to provide comprehensive support services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct clinical and case management services to residents
  • Conducting client assessments and developing case management plans

  • Assisting residents with referrals to community resources and benefit programs
  • Documenting all face-to-face contacts and activities related to the service agreement

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field

  • Ability to identify mental health conditions and provide treatment and/or referrals
