Your daily responsibilities.

As an EH&B Account Executive Non-Sales, your role will encompass:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, both directly and through collaboration with the production team.
  • Contributing to the strategic management and focus of client engagement.
  • Maintaining close communication with Producers and serving as a key liaison with clients to identify needs and propose solutions.
  • Building relationships with carriers and vendors while participating in industry events to enhance professional growth.
  • Preparing and engaging in sales presentations, strategic assessments, RFP responses, and client meetings.
  • Creating detailed analyses and presentations for client interactions.
  • Providing consultative and strategic planning for clients under the guidance of Producers.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and presenting reports for clients, including quarterly and renewal analyses.
  • Reviewing SPDs and agreements/contracts for accuracy.
  • Resolving claims and addressing plan administration issues.
  • Managing filing, file setup, and maintenance in Agency Management and Imaging Systems.
What we seek in a candidate.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Over 10 years of relevant work experience demonstrating proficiency in multiple disciplines related to this position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Business acumen and industry knowledge to interpret and discuss client financials and complex topics.
  • A solid understanding of financial analysis and actuarial tools for preparing client deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A willingness to learn Agency Management and Imaging Systems.

  • A valid Life & Health resident agent license.
