About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Presentation: You will be responsible for creating an attractive product presentation that showcases our products in the best possible light.
  • Sales and Customer Service: You will actively sell our products and provide customers with competent advice and courteous service.
  • Customer Engagement: You will implement ideas to inspire customers and motivate them to make a purchase.
  • Inventory Management: You will stock products and label them with the correct prices.
  • Quality Control: You will check incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Experience: You will have a commercial apprenticeship or professional experience, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Customer Orientation: You will have strong customer orientation and communication skills, as well as a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • Adaptability: You will be willing to learn new things and adapt to changing situations.
