We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team in Export Processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of our employees in the export department. Key responsibilities include contact person for all import and export issues with customers, suppliers, and authorities, responsibility for exports including export control and customs processing, and close cooperation with the compliance department. The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training in the field of wholesale and foreign trade or a degree in business administration, with several years of solid professional experience in import and export and experience in managing employees. The role requires a goal-oriented way of working, initiative, and negotiation skills, as well as good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
