**Job Summary:**
Gpac is seeking a highly skilled Trust & Estate Attorney to join our team. As a Trust & Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to trusts, estates, and estate planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trust Administration: Assist clients in the administration of trusts, including the management of trust assets, distribution of trust income, and resolution of trust disputes.
- Estate Planning: Develop and implement estate plans for clients, including the creation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Probate and Estate Administration: Represent clients in probate and estate administration matters, including the preparation and filing of estate tax returns and the distribution of estate assets.
- Asset Protection: Help clients protect their assets from creditors and other risks through the use of trusts, wills, and other estate planning tools.
- Succession Planning: Assist clients in developing succession plans for their businesses and other assets.
Requirements:
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in trust and estate law.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Licensure: Licensed to practice law in the state of [insert state].
