About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Command Language Program Coordinator to support our growing Marine Corps programs in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our foreign language programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support for program updates and recommendations for improvements, ensuring the highest level of quality and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including uniformed CLPMs and unit CLPs, to provide exceptional interface support services.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to recommend training program improvements, ensuring our programs remain cutting-edge and relevant.

  • Maintain and update language-related capabilities reports, training records, and tasks, ensuring accurate and timely information.

  • Collaborate with MCIFLP and units to identify existing and emerging language training requirements, ensuring our programs meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  • Advise the unit Command structure on issues or concerns regarding language training plans, providing expert guidance and support.

  • Collect, compile, and provide metrics from databases for inclusion in required reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop and recommend training policies for approval by the command, ensuring our programs align with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Provide statistical data to the Command and Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) to track the effectiveness of language capabilities and instruction, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience, or a total of 8 years of experience without a degree.

  • Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure, ensuring exceptional performance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

  • Ability to travel up to two weeks per year, with occasional overnight stays.

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the workday, with occasional periods of prolonged sitting.

  • Travel less than 5% of the workday, with occasional overnight stays.
