Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team at Ferris State University. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, testing, and support of our CRM platform to drive successful enrollment outcomes.
About the RoleThis is a full-time continuing position with a salary range of $47,000-$50,000 per year, commensurate with education, experience, and other requirements. Our comprehensive benefit package includes healthcare, vacation time, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze data to inform recruitment strategies and integrated marketing plans, supporting new student enrollment projections.
- Lead and organize training sessions on the effective use of our CRM, both within and outside Enrollment Services.
- Collaborate with departmental communications liaisons and campus partners to plan and execute ES communication and CRM projects.
- Operationalize annual cycle preparation, including updates to system rules, testing, and implementation of updates to processes handled within the CRM.
- Initiate, plan, and monitor projects for CRM process improvements and make high-level decisions when necessary.
- Provide technical support for applications, event management, queries, reports, document management, communications, and data uploads.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics, report writing, and data hygiene.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with diverse constituents.
