Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Systems Manager to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our Corporate Banking and Transverse Systems IT team, you will be responsible for managing the production support and business projects for Montran JGPS and related Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production support and business projects for Montran JGPS and related applications.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources required to support the applications.
  • Contribute to key initiatives related to technical/functional IT and business projects to meet and support business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day production needs, including resolution of production issues, troubleshooting, and incident reporting.
  • Track internal and vendor compliance with support SLAs.
  • Manage maintenance activities, including business continuity and critical application failover tests.
  • Report on domain status to internal stakeholders and management.
Requirements
  • Technical support and application support experience.
  • Strong management skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Business analysis and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and FEDWIRE, TCH, and SWIFT Networks.
