We are seeking a skilled Payments Business Analyst to join our team at Net2Source Inc. As a Payments Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payment systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain knowledge of payment systems, including wires, ACH, SWIFT, CHIPS, and Fedwire.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve payment processing issues.
- Design and implement test plans for payment processing systems, including real-time payments, transactions clearing and settlement, reconciliation, and money movement.
- Develop user acceptance tests and coordinate with end-users for coverage and execution.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, such as JIRA and Microfocus ALM.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and grow teams.
- Must have experience in BA Role for GPP Fusion.
- Must have experience on Payments end-to-end processing.
- Wire Product and Swift ISO 20022 knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, any of Wires, ACH, SWIFT, CHIPS, and Fedwire.
- Experience on Fusion Global Pay Plus.
- Should have test experience in Real Time Payments, transactions clearing and settlement, reconciliation, and money movement.
