Key Responsibilities- Payment Processing Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day activities of the payments team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Team Development: Assist in the training and development of payments team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Escalation Point: Be the escalation point for the Supervisor group, providing solutions, knowledge, and support as required.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, compliance, and IT, to ensure a holistic approach to payments processing.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on payments issues, trends, and effectiveness of prevention measures.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in payments management, preferably within the iGaming or online payments industry.
