Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Processing Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day activities of the payments team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Team Development: Assist in the training and development of payments team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Escalation Point: Be the escalation point for the Supervisor group, providing solutions, knowledge, and support as required.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, compliance, and IT, to ensure a holistic approach to payments processing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on payments issues, trends, and effectiveness of prevention measures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in payments management, preferably within the iGaming or online payments industry.
  • Leadership: Proven management or team leadership experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using payments processing tools and software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
