Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgery Nurse to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Orthopedic Surgery department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing orthopedic surgery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in orthopedic nursing
- BSN degree required; MA RN license required
- Minimum one year RN experience in orthopedic nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
