We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Strategist to join our team at Townsquare Ignite.

About Us:

Townsquare Ignite is a dynamic company that offers a comprehensive digital programmatic advertising platform and an in-house demand and data management platform. Our team is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through targeted digital advertising campaigns.

The Role:

You will serve as the technical hub that connects sales and our centralized buying team, assisting in campaign structure, buying, and acting as a liaison between our client services team and local markets. This role reports directly to the Regional Director of Campaign Management and is responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Coach and develop sales professionals on our product capabilities, oversee technical approval of proposals, and provide insight and suggestions for sales based on feedback from buyers.
  • Campaign Pre-Launch: Coach sales on crafting quality messaging for various tactics, assign targeting segments, delegate tasks to prepare new client campaigns for launch, and compile all elements of the insertion order.
  • Campaign Post-Launch: Serve as the primary point of contact for local markets to our centralized buying, client services, and analytics teams, support local market client optimizations, revisions, upsells, and renewals, and continually refine and improve continuity between workgroups.

Qualifications:

  • Time Management: Manage time effectively, focus on urgent and important tasks, avoid procrastination, follow up, show strong attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional Communication: Experience taking the lead in interdepartmental projects, exceptional communicator with professional telephone skills and business writing skills.
  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Experience with digital ad messaging best practices, actively listens, clearly conveys information, and uses professional telephone skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits good interpersonal skills, collaborates with others, maintains composure when faced with difficult situations, and demonstrates effective business writing skills.
  • Experience and Education: 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, 4-year college degree or comparable work experience required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
