About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomy Specialist. As a key member of our plasma center operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors and the quality of the plasma we collect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their eligibility to donate plasma
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors
  • Monitor donor vital signs and finger stick results to ensure their safety
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • 1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is preferred
