About the Role:

You will be responsible for screening new and repeat donors, taking and recording donor vital signs and finger stick results, and using our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for coordinating donor compensation and identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You Will Contribute:

  • You will provide exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with our Plasma Center Manager to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of donor information.
  • You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • You will be expected to lift up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift materials up to 32 pounds and rarely 50 pounds.

What You Will Bring to BioLife:

  • You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You will have the ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • You will have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • You will have the ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
  • You will have the ability to lift to 5 pounds, and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 pounds and rarely 50 pounds.
  • You will have fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
