About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Historian. As a Medical Historian, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors, while also contributing to the collection of high-quality plasma that will become life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation
  • Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our donors, answering phones, greeting, and focusing on their needs
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • 1 or more years of experience working in a customer or patient-facing role
