About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering Team at OnLogic. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for developing our company's own motherboards and overseeing the design activities of our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical design solutions for industrial computing applications
  • Lead the design activities of our partners and ensure new products meet our quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new products
  • Manage project schedules and improvements for product designs
  • Work with manufacturing teams to create prototypes and ensure high-quality products
  • Develop and maintain documentation, such as block diagrams, checklists, and test plans
  • Contribute to the development of test specifications and test scripts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering, preferably in motherboard R&D and the PC industry
  • Experience collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines in a leadership capacity
  • Ability to work independently and take action without being asked
  • Experience with design of X86 or ARM based motherboards, ideally for industrial applications
