Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP is a leading law firm providing collection services and related legal representation to government entities.

Our clients include school districts, cities, counties, hospital districts, appraisal districts, and other governmental entities.

We are seeking a part-time team member for our Collections Department to assist in the collection of delinquent fines and fees accounts through various communication methods and possible suit preparation.

The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities include receiving high volumes of inbound phone calls, making outbound calls to account owners, tracking correspondence, and researching owner contact information as needed.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives, and be accountable for call quality, attendance, and adherence to work schedule results.

Previous office experience, experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office, and experience in customer service are preferred.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and some college is preferred.

Essential skills include strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Preferred skills include decision-making skills, conflict resolution skills, and adaptability and teamwork.

This position involves sitting at a computer most of the day, utilizing a headset and being on the phone frequently, on-the-job training, and annual performance reviews.
