We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

With a strong background in sales development and a proven track record of success, you will be able to sustain high levels of tailored outbound activity, achieve weekly meeting and monthly pipeline goals, and effectively communicate with executive and director-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create opportunities for the sales team by setting meetings with prospects
  • Utilize value-based knowledge to create leads through cold and warm outbound prospecting
  • Ask qualifying questions to determine if Lilt is a good fit for the prospect
  • Proactive communication with prospects and cross-functional teams
  • Relay valuable information to the team, such as best practices, new features, and competitive analysis
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional work experience, with 1 year of demonstrated over-quota experience in Mid-Market and/or Enterprise SaaS sales development
  • Evidence of being able to sustain high levels of tailored outbound activity with multi-threaded email, cell phone call, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft
  • Experience with growth stage enterprise SaaS sales organization(s)
  • BA/BS degree or higher from an accredited university
