**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who can provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact with our customers. As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression of our establishment and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of menu items, prices, and promotions to make informed recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and effectively, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist serving staff as needed to ensure seamless delivery of excellent service.

**Requirements**

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting customer demands accurately and timely while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Show flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

**Compensation**

Our Service Ambassador will receive a competitive salary of $15 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to providing fair compensation for valuable contributions.
