Work Schedule

  • Four ten-hour shifts
  • Rotating schedule including weekdays and Saturdays
  • Daytime hours
  • Closed on Sundays

Key Responsibilities

  • Master all procedures and processes essential for the RV Service Technician role at RV Value Mart.
  • Gain proficiency in all facets of RV repair.
  • Execute customer-requested repairs on recreational vehicles.
  • Document all issues identified in RVs for warranty claims with manufacturers.
  • Assist customers with product orientations upon RV delivery.
  • Support the assembly, installation, and demonstration of hitch systems.
  • Continuously enhance your RV knowledge through advanced skills training, software education, product knowledge, and safety training.
  • Install accessories purchased by customers on RVs.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities related to the RV Service Technician position.

Training Opportunities

  • Skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, woodworking, etc., will be utilized. Previous experience in one or more of these areas is advantageous, and we are willing to provide training for the rest.
  • Prior experience in the RV industry is highly regarded.
  • RV Value Mart is committed to training dedicated, high-quality employees.
  • A State Inspection License is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • RV Service Technicians can anticipate a competitive hourly wage with the possibility of overtime during peak seasons.
  • Compensation increases are based on training completion, performance, and tenure with the company.
