Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
  • Boost sales through active customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing in-depth product knowledge.

  • Guide customers through the store as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Set up in-store promotional signage.
  • Create and manage product tags.

  • Rotate stock to ensure freshness and availability.

  • Order and receive parts and accessories efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet demand.
  • Process returns for defective, warranty, or obsolete parts.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
  • Prepare for daily operational tasks.
  • Support customers in various capacities as required.
  • Complete sales transactions for parts.
  • Highlight product features and benefits to customers.
  • Monitor and track lost part sales.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues.
  • Maintain the quote book for customer inquiries.
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and well-maintained.
  • Order and manage office and shop supplies.
  • Keep customer files organized and up to date.
  • Engage in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives.
  • Stay informed by reviewing professional publications.
  • Network with industry representatives for best practices.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as necessary.

  • Ability to apply suggestive selling techniques in daily interactions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
  • Prolonged walking and standing.
  • Frequent bending and kneeling.
  • Capability to safely use a ladder and work at heights.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
