Work Schedule
- Four ten-hour shifts
- Rotating schedule including weekdays and Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
- Master all procedures and processes required of an RV Value Mart Service Technician
- Learn to execute all facets of RV repair.
- Complete repairs requested by customers on RVs.
- Document all issues found in the RV for warranty compensation from the manufacturer
- Assist customers with product orientations upon RV delivery
- Help with the assembly, installation, and demonstration of hitch systems.
- Continuously enhance your RV knowledge through Advanced Skills, Software, Product, and Safety Training
- Install accessories purchased by customers on RVs
- Support other responsibilities related to the RV Service Technician role
Training Opportunities
- Skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, woodworking, etc., will be utilized. Previous experience in one or two areas is advantageous; we can provide training for the rest.
- Previous experience in the RV industry is highly regarded.
- RV Value Mart is committed to training dedicated, high-quality employees
- A State Inspection License is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- RV Service Technicians can expect a competitive hourly wage with overtime opportunities during peak seasons
