Job DescriptionAt LexisNexis, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving and developing successful new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Hire and onboard new team members, and develop a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Oversee the use of sales execution tools, including CRM, and develop metrics for success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Help create a fun and high-energy work environment that motivates and retains top talent.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing an SDR team.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota as an SDR, lead, or manager.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and training sales development professionals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of inbound and outbound pipeline generation and support processes.
  • Experience with CRM and other sales, research, and productivity systems.
  • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
