Sales Development Representative Team Lead

- Hire and onboard new team members, and develop a culture of excellence within the team.
- Oversee the use of sales execution tools, including CRM, and develop metrics for success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Help create a fun and high-energy work environment that motivates and retains top talent.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing an SDR team.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota as an SDR, lead, or manager.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and training sales development professionals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of inbound and outbound pipeline generation and support processes.
- Experience with CRM and other sales, research, and productivity systems.
- High level of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
