Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Associate to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) team. As a Summer Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to the development of our enterprise portfolio management process.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the credit union to develop insights into the enterprise portfolio management process.
- Provide recommendations on how Navy Federal can improve its governance of value streams and technology portfolios.
- Work with project teams to identify and define value and risks in proposed and ongoing technology projects and quantify that information into metrics.
- Develop standardized measures of portfolio progress and success.
- Present findings to key stakeholders and senior executives.
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Strategy, or other related field.
- Experience with research, analysis, and data manipulation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using data visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Comfort working with large datasets and telling stories with data.
- Ability to work independently and think outside of the box.
- Strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills.
