Mental Health Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Assistant to join our team at Hermitage Hall, a leading psychiatric residential treatment hospital in Middle Tennessee. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their mental health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide close supervision and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups and activities, promoting client engagement and participation.
- Document client progress and behavior, providing accurate and timely reports as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
