Position Details:

We are in search of a driven and skilled Senior Audit Supervisor to become a vital part of our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in public accounting. In this role, you will oversee and guide the audit team, ensuring the precision of financial reports while delivering insightful recommendations to management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the audit team to guarantee timely and precise audit completions
  • Formulate and execute audit strategies, processes, and methodologies
  • Review and scrutinize financial reports to confirm adherence to GAAP and other regulatory standards
  • Identify and relay audit findings to management, proposing corrective measures
  • Offer guidance and support to the audit team on complex auditing matters
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of audit initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain the audit team's high performance
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA certification is mandatory
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory standards
  • Experience in auditing for-profit entities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively
