Your Expertise
  • Over 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, particularly within a retail context.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday and Kronos is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in delivering effective employee relations guidance and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and poise.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously.
  • Results-driven mindset with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance in the US and Canada.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support a diverse network of over 100 stores and 2500+ employees across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Field Leadership and key stakeholders in designated districts.
  • Provide innovative and objective employee relations support through coaching, policy interpretation, and disciplinary processes.
  • Lead and manage store investigations in collaboration with external investigators, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist managers in navigating the talent management process to promote consistency and clarity.
  • Identify and facilitate learning opportunities for employee development.
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of people management practices.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding HR practices.
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures in collaboration with store operations.
  • Engage in various HR projects as needed to support departmental goals.
