  • Assess Zones: Regularly assess each zone to ensure that all tasks are being completed and that team members are following procedures.
  • Plan and Assign Breaks: Plan and assign breaks for team members to ensure that they are taking regular breaks and that the restaurant is running smoothly.
Requirements
  • 1+ Years Supervisory Experience: Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment with profit and loss accountability, schedule writing, and team member development.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Must have strong leadership skills to coach and guide team members.
  • Conflict Resolution: Must be able to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Accountability: Must be able to hold team members accountable and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Safety and Quality Knowledge: Must have knowledge of safety and quality standards in the food industry.
  • Food Safety Checklists: Must be able to complete food safety checklists and verify adherence to standards.
  • Organizational Skills: Must have strong organizational skills to execute shift changes and zone assessments.
  • Review Deployment Charts: Must be able to review deployment charts and plan team member breaks effectively.
Physical Demands
  • Temperature Extremes: Must be able to withstand temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or less and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or more.
  • Physical Activity: Must be able to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours per day) and move 50 lbs. for distances of up to 10 feet.
  • Balance and Movement: Must be able to balance and move up to 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 feet.
  • Loud Environment: Must be able to understand and respond to team members' and guests' requests in a loud environment.
  • Visual Requirements: Must have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
