About the Role
Amazon is in search of a highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to the Security Finance and Corporate Reporting/Forecasting Analysis team.
This expanding division offers strategic financial assistance to the Security business unit and the CFO. The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for the management and execution of several critical financial deliverables, acting as a seamless extension of the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intricate calendars and scheduling to facilitate teams across various locations.
- Monitor and assist in the completion of essential deliverables, following up on outstanding items, including meeting notes and action items.
- Organize, prioritize, and effectively manage time-sensitive, confidential information, ensuring timely action is taken.
- Coordinate global schedules and ensure smooth meeting logistics, including video conferences and conference calls for both internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team, recruitment, and fellow Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive support to the organization.
- Engage in document writing, editing, and preparation.
- Ensure proper archiving of departmental data on designated platforms.
- Oversee management of team spaces, including relocations and reconfigurations.
- Handle expense reimbursements, including report coordination, submission, and issue tracking.
- Foster a positive work environment and assist others in enjoying their work.

Basic Qualifications
