Job Overview

BHS Corrugated & Robotics is on the lookout for a proactive Industrial Maintenance Site Manager to manage operations, nurture robust client partnerships, and promote ongoing enhancements at our client's facility.

Position Summary:

In the role of Site Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact between our maintenance team and the client, ensuring effective communication and superior service delivery. Reporting to the senior manager, you will oversee the dedicated efforts of our on-site personnel, ensuring that our team consistently meets and surpasses contractual commitments. Your leadership will be essential in sustaining and improving the performance of corrugator machinery, directly contributing to our client's operational success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Direct and supervise BHS operations at the client's facility, ensuring compliance with company standards and goals.
  • Site Supervisor Leadership: Offer guidance and support to the Site Supervisor to guarantee efficient and effective site management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster a positive rapport between the M2P Team and the client, mentoring the team to proactively maintain and enhance equipment performance.
  • Production Improvement: Play a vital role in boosting production by identifying challenges and implementing technical and procedural improvements.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly interact with the customer's management team, participate in daily and weekly discussions, and assist them in achieving production objectives.
  • Cross-Departmental Initiatives: Engage in various cross-departmental activities and projects to drive continuous improvement and support other M2P locations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within M2P
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Exceptional organizational and personnel management skills
  • Technical proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, PLC programming, and related software
  • Ability to excel in a high-pressure environment
  • Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing, walking, lifting, and working in varying temperature conditions
