Position Summary:
The HR Recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which encompasses sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to attract potential hires through diverse channels, including social media and employee referrals, while cultivating a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize job openings and manage candidate flow in accordance with established protocols, including posting new positions and closing filled roles.
  • Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the specific role, industry benchmarks, and organizational needs.
  • Draft and update job descriptions as necessary.
  • Assist in the job posting and advertising processes.
  • Understand the requirements for each position, screen applications, and select qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and prepare interview questions and related materials.
  • Analyze and report on the success of recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various tools.
  • Propose alternative sourcing methods to fill open positions.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Participate in college job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Engage in special projects as directed by the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment; agency experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Passion for identifying the right candidates for the right roles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate thoughts clearly across all management levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with applicant-tracking software.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proactive and independent, with strong initiative.
  • Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Visionary thinking and the ability to lead teams towards success.
