Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop an individualized plan of care.
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed.
- Consult and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
- Document all required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels. Competitive pay rates based on various factors, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
