Job Responsibilities

As a Print Production Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee all site operations to ensure customer satisfaction across various responsibilities, including Mail Services, Copy, Print and Scan, Shipping, Receiving, Hospitality, and Managed Print Services.
  • Follow directives from the Team Lead and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Team Lead, promptly reporting any issues.
  • Engage with clients both verbally and via email regarding work products.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by adhering to proper work instructions and the Scope of Services.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lift heavy items such as boxes, files, or paper as necessary.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer care while exhibiting a friendly and cooperative demeanor.
  • Consistently comply with business procedure guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reporting documentation, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Participate in cross-training and perform additional duties as required.
  • Operate mailing, copying, or printing equipment effectively.
  • Facilitate the shipping and receiving needs of clients.
  • Handle time-sensitive materials, including confidential and urgent packages.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of conference rooms.
  • Prepare beverages as needed.
  • Ensure kitchens, coffee bars, and refrigerators are stocked and maintained.
  • Process city courier deliveries as necessary.
  • Utilize web-based courier services for processing letters and packages.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively in person and via email.
  • Arrive on time and ensure timely completion of requests.
  • Pay close attention to detail.
