Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled and trained individuals to join our team as Explosive Ordnance Disposal Specialists. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for locating, identifying, and disposing of explosive ordnance, as well as supporting various missions and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Explosive Ordnance Disposal: Locate, identify, and dispose of explosive ordnance, including improvised explosive devices, chemical, biological, and nuclear ordnance, and weapons of mass destruction.
- Intelligence Gathering: Conduct intelligence gathering operations to support mission objectives.
- Support to VIP Missions: Provide support to Very Important Persons (VIP) missions for the U.S. Secret Service, State Department, and other federal agencies.
- Research and Development: Conduct research and development of new technologies and techniques to enhance explosive ordnance disposal capabilities.
- Training and Development: Train and develop other soldiers in explosive ordnance disposal techniques and procedures.
- Education: Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
- Age: Must be between the ages of 17 and 35.
- Citizenship: Must meet citizenship requirements.
- Physical Exam: Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
- Monthly Pay: Receive a monthly paycheck.
- Tuition Assistance: Receive federal and state tuition assistance.
