Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Paul Gnall - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships to drive retention and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. You will be a self-starter who is able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives.
In this role, you will conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients, oversee the resolution of complex customer issues, and train and mentor junior staff.
