About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.

The Geo team is focused on building the most accurate, comprehensive, and useful maps for our users, through products like Maps, Earth, Street View, Google Maps Platform, and more. Every month, more than a billion people rely on Maps services to explore the world and navigate their daily lives.

What We Offer

At Google, we offer a competitive salary range of $142,000-$211,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management is also required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, PhD, further education, or experience in engineering, computer science, or another related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects is preferred. Experience with lifecycle management in a fast-paced software environment or building product requirements and managing the product life cycle end to end is also preferred.
