Our facility offers a comprehensive 28-day Intensive Residential Addiction treatment program aimed at fostering abstinence from substance use while assisting individuals in transforming their addictive behaviors. We prioritize the establishment of a constructive therapeutic community to aid our clients in making significant improvements in their lifestyles, attitudes, and values.

We are in search of a committed Residential Care Provider to play a vital role within our multi-disciplinary team. Key responsibilities encompass monitoring client activities, observing, and documenting the behaviors of adult clients dealing with substance use disorders and/or concurrent mental health challenges within our intensive residential treatment environment.

This position requires adaptability in job responsibilities and scheduling, including some weekend and evening shifts. Furthermore, all personnel are expected to provide coverage during alternating holidays.

As a Residential Care Provider (RCP) for the 2nd & 3rd shifts at GRAN Recovery, your duties will involve assisting clients with daily living activities in both residential and non-residential contexts. This includes offering training in personal, social, academic, and vocational skills to our clients.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a blend of training and experience that showcases the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Note: Certain positions may necessitate a valid driver's license.
