Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mental health and substance abuse counseling, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A licensed professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing services to individuals with severe mental illness is required. Personal experience with substance recovery or professional work experience with this population is preferred.
