As the Brand and Content Manager, your duties will include:
- Planning, scripting, and managing diverse content formats.

- Owning and updating the content calendar collaboratively with team members.

Typical Responsibilities Include:
Management of brand assets, identity, and strategic direction:
- Overseeing brand assets, identity, tone of voice, messaging styles, and design guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Coordinating and participating in brand photoshoots.
- Creating content for various platforms, including infographics, podcasts, videos, social media, and written materials.
- Collaborating across departments to implement an effective content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Producing engaging content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand voice.
- Setting future strategies for brand image and identity.
- Understanding customer segments and utilizing insights to enhance brand equity through content initiatives.
- Managing the briefing process for internal brand support and content requests.
- Mentoring and developing your team, which includes a Brand & Content Executive and a Digital Graphic Designer.
- Monitoring brand performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the Research & Insights team.
- Supporting brand partnerships and affiliations.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing tone of voice, brand guidelines, and managing content calendars.
- Proficiency in video production and editing techniques.
- A comprehensive understanding of brand strategy development and execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
