Director of Corporate Maintenance

Clemens Food Group is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our maintenance strategies across a growing network of facilities. As the Director of Corporate Maintenance, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing our maintenance management systems, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement standardized maintenance management operating systems (MMOS) across all facilities.
  • Lead initiatives to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime.
  • Provide guidance to plant maintenance teams on critical infrastructure systems, including utilities, refrigeration, and wastewater.
  • Identify risks to critical infrastructure and develop mitigation plans for redundancy and efficiency.
  • Support CAPEX rebuilds and replacements, ensuring long-term viability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies for MRO inventory management, focusing on cost optimization.
  • Champion foreign material and loss prevention within the maintenance function.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Proven track record of developing successful maintenance programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of MMOS, CMMS/ERP platforms like SAP, and preventative and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
