About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate to join our team at HighTower Advisors. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our Wealth Advisors in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide direct support to Wealth Advisors and their clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, preparing account opening documents, and working with clients and custodians to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Client Data Management: Manage internal client files, ensuring all data is current and accurate, and input and track client-related data to ensure consistency and integrity across all technology platforms.
  • Client Service Standards: Aid in client retention by providing exceptional client service, tracking and monitoring client service standards, and prompting Wealth Advisors to take action as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Manage Wealth Advisors' calendars, schedule and organize activities, meetings, and coordinate travel needs.
  • Market Research: Monitor publications to identify prospective clients and discover information about existing clients, locate opportunities for marketing events, and attend offsite events as appropriate.
  • Compliance: Understand and implement firm compliance responsibilities, including playing an active role in different firm committees and participating in bi-weekly CRA team meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: 2 or more years of administrative experience or in a support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of or open to learning the Tamarac Suite (portfolio accounting software), SalesForce (CRM), WebEx, and Schwab Institutional and Fidelity's Wealthscape websites.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong oral and written skills, well-developed presentation skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to exercise discretion with regard to confidential information and client-sensitive situations.
