- Clinical Judgment: Use advanced clinical judgment based on direct observation and other data to uncover the individual and relational factors that are contributing to the reason the patient contacted you.
- Therapeutic Relationship: Provide transparent and detailed informed consent about the expectations and the fees as part of the therapy contract before treatment commences.
- Goal Setting: Co-create relevant goals with patients that stem directly from their identified problems.
- Psychotherapy Services: Provide relationship-oriented and creative psychotherapy to help clients achieve their goals.
- Progress Measurement: Measure and record progress as a function of the evolving therapeutic relationship.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate services/referrals and collaborate with families, other professionals, and natural community supports.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our local team of psychotherapy professionals.
- Clinical Documentation: Provide all clinical documentation in the electronic health record system on a timely basis.
- Meetings and Training: Participate in clinical staff meetings, administrative meetings, individual supervision, and required training.
- Client Visits: Conduct a minimum of 25 client visits per week to be considered full-time and receive benefits.
- Licensure: Be licensed as an LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in New Hampshire and be on the major insurance panels.
- Experience: Have experience completing biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical progress notes.
- Communication Skills: Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Be proficient in Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment that values accountability, authenticity, and humor.
- Professional Expectations: Meet professional expectations of the psychotherapy culture for demeanor and dress.
