Position Summary:

The role entails delivering exceptional customer service by fostering personal connections, cultivating relationships, and ensuring a positive experience for each client. Responsibilities include assisting customers in identifying their financial needs and managing daily transactions while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strives to ensure customer satisfaction by engaging clients warmly, personalizing their experience, and determining optimal service methods.
  • Delivers outstanding customer service, building rapport and lasting relationships.

  • Promotes the bank's products and services effectively.
  • Handles routine financial transactions, practices sound cash management, and addresses inquiries or resolves simple issues related to customer accounts.
  • Provides accurate information regarding customer accounts.
  • Ensures precise entry of customer transactions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and helpfully with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to educate clients on the features and benefits of products and services to meet their individual needs.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve branch-wide objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage cash within established limits to minimize exposure to loss.
  • Able to assist customers via telephone.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Two years of experience in the retail industry or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in cash handling is advantageous.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
