Account Executive, SMB Sales Professional

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for acquiring new business and meeting sales quota objectives within an assigned geographic territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identifying customer needs and utilizing solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Working with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
- Participating in training opportunities on products and services and attending sales meetings
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)
- Effective negotiating and closing skills (Required)
T-Mobile offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,720.00 and opportunities for annual bonuses or periodic sales incentives.
