About the Team and Our Collaborative Efforts
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with delivering planning, operational, and optimization support for one of Kobie's significant accounts. By collaborating with various departments, you will facilitate cohesive and strategic initiatives for the client, guided by the Account Director.
Your Impact
- Assist in managing the client's loyalty program, including strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Conduct research and analysis of client, competitive, and industry data to prepare insightful reports.
- Handle incoming client inquiries, coordinating with both client and internal teams to prioritize impactful tasks.
- Work with internal colleagues to monitor project progress against established timelines.
- Provide feedback on project estimates and schedules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, and other client communications.
- Manage administrative aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.
Qualifications for Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in the marketing or loyalty sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles; experience in email or digital marketing is advantageous.
- Experience in the retail sector is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and operate proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic and tactical marketing experience across various channels (email, mobile, social) tailored to customer journeys.
- Basic understanding of business inquiries related to data analysis and financial modeling.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently, exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proactive in contributing ideas and anticipating client/team needs.
- Results-oriented, with outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency – the ability to apply marketing and analytical concepts to technology for achieving desired outcomes.
