Job Title: Sr. Client Advisor

Seacoast Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Client Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow business and increase revenue, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and processing accounts, performing account maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience preferred; 4+ years in financial services experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and exercise initiative, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
